We posted no photos of this project while it was running. The owners preferred quiet. Now that the keys are back with them, a few notes on how the schedule held.
Weeks one to four were structural — replacing two rotted oak beams, repointing the mares walls, opening one bearing wall by 80 cm. Weeks five to ten were services. Weeks eleven to seventeen were finishes. Week eighteen was punch and handover.
What we'd do differently: we'd have ordered the bath stone two weeks earlier. The delivery slip pushed week seventeen by four days.
