The founders

Two Danish craftsmen. Twenty years of property between them.

Rune Linderoth and Lasse Elgaard both trained as carpenters in Denmark. For two decades they ran their own renovation, construction, and property development operations on Danish soil — buying, restoring, selling, holding. They formalised on Mallorca what they had been doing informally for years.

Scandinavian craftsmanship, applied to Spanish property, means specific things. Time taken with materials. Communication in your language. A finish that reads in raking light. Accountability that does not end at handover.
