Berula's own developments. Properties we acquire on our judgment, renovate to our standard, and either keep on the books or release to serious buyers.

What we develop reflects what we believe in — restored fincas, considered town houses, the occasional light commercial conversion.

Advisory

Before you buy, we walk the property with you and tell you what we see. Scope, budget, permits, contractor coordination — written down, in your language.

Owners use us as a second set of hands and eyes. Investors use us as their representative on the island.

We work on a clear engagement fee, with no incentive to recommend work that isn't needed.
