Carpentry and interior reformation of a Pollença town house.
A narrow town house on a side street in Pollença, opened up at ground level and quietly recomposed above.
New oak joinery throughout, lime-washed walls, replaced shutters in the original profile. The interior courtyard was relaid in local stone and replanted.
Delivered to a Swedish family who use it through the cooler months.
